Adrian Phillips

Director of Legal and Investigations

Adrian joined Justice and Care in 2010. He became the Director of Legal in 2012 and has subsequently become Director of Legal, Investigations and Systemic Change. During this time, Adrian has undertaken more than a hundred investigations and prosecutions, initiated the roll-out of a series of proven initiatives with the Government and established the Systemic Change Unit. Adrian is an advocate whose association with the Human Rights field has spanned more than 15 years.
