Before joining Justice and Care, Christian was a special advisor to UK Prime Minister David Cameron. Before No. 10 he was the Chief Executive of the Centre for Social Justice, a London-based think-tank, and a Commissioner on the UK Government’s Social Mobility Commission.  Whilst leading the CSJ he oversaw its important study into human trafficking in the UK, It Happens Here, which led to the Modern Slavery Act.
